Students have been diving into ceramics, starting with the challenge of creating two unique bowls using different techniques like coil, slab, or even trying their hand at the pottery wheel. Itβs been amazing to see their skills grow as they explored new ways to shape and build with clay.
After that, they took things a step further by designing and creating their own mugs, each one with a special theme that shows off their personality and creativity. From mastering the wheel to attaching details and choosing just the right glaze, students have been learning every step of the ceramic process.
Weβve had so much fun experimenting, problem-solving, and bringing these pieces to life. Iβm proud of all the hard work and creativity happening in the art room
