Declan Miller will be honored today during the C-2 Girls State Basketball game as part of the Nebraska School Activities Association & Currency 2025-26 Believers & Achievers program. 🎉
The Believers & Achievers program recognizes Nebraska high school seniors who excel in academics, activities, leadership, and citizenship. There were 698 school-level awardees. Declan is one of the 48 to advance to the state level. From here, eight will receive $1,000 scholarships from Currency to use for the college or university of their choice at a scholarship banquet to be held in April of 2026.

1st Grade: Collins Schroeder-Collins is such a sweet girl that is always wanting to help others. She tries her best when things might be challenging, and she isn’t afraid to ask questions in the whole group, or in a small group. Collins brings some good information into classroom discussions, and does a great job of remembering the information that she has been taught. Keep working hard in all that you do Collins!
1st Grade: Wren Carter-Wren always comes prepared for school, works hard, and encourages others. She is respectful to all students and adults and models how hard work pays off academically! Wren contributes positivity, kindness, and leadership to our classroom. Keep up the great work, Wren!

Wear your jammies or comfy clothes. Cozy up with a good book (but don’t fall asleep!).
Throughout the week, members of National Honor Society will read each day, and students will participate in “Drop Everything and Read” in the hallways. Students will also create a special bookmark to use all week long!
