We’re partnering with Brodstone Memorial Hospital to offer flu shots at school on Wednesday, October 22nd.
✅ PreK–5 students: Consent forms will be sent home in red folders on Friday 10/9/2025.
✅ Grades 6–12: Forms can be picked up in the office or found in the attached document.
📋 Signed consent forms are required for your child to receive the flu shot.
