1st Grade- Sutton Utecht - Sutton is a student that is willing to learn and work hard in the classroom. She has a fun personality that shines through in her daily conversations. Sutton is a friend to everyone, and does a good job of helping others when needed. Way to go, Sutton!
1st Grade-Ellie Harwell-Ellie is a leader in our classroom and is always willing to help others out. She follows all of our CATS expectations, she includes everyone, is safe, and is always modeling how to be a first grade student. Keep up the great work, Ellie!

Kindergarten: Judson Crockett – Judson came in eager to learn and excited to share all of his knowledge! He does a great job following our classroom expectations and is already showing wonderful leadership in the class. Judson’s personality shines because he’s always quick with a big thumbs up to show he understands. Even when things feel tricky, he gives his best effort and keeps a positive mindset. Keep up the great work, Judson!

4th Grade-Baylor Behrends- Baylor works hard everyday completing every task. She consistently follows expectations without being reminded. Baylor works great with everyone she is partnered with and helps students she works with as well.

A Walking School Bus is a fun and healthy way for kids (“riders”) to walk to school together with adult volunteers (“drivers”) along a safe, planned route. Parents are welcome to join too!

Hi, my name is Gracie Jackson, and I’m excited to be the “new” Elementary Music Teacher!
I had the wonderful opportunity to complete my student teaching here last spring, where my role was a bit unique—I was both a student teacher and the classroom teacher. That experience challenged me, helped me grow, and confirmed how much I love teaching music. In April, I graduated from York University with my teaching degree, and I knew right away that this is where I wanted to stay!
My husband, Joe and I have been married for 3 years. Last year, we welcomed our precious daughter, Lucy, to our family. Together, we spend a lot of time with our church community, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and going to (a lot of) concerts. Fun fact - we accidentally got to meet and greet our favorite band Needtobreathe!
I’m especially excited to be teaching here in Superior because this community encourages me to keep doing what I love—sharing the gift of music with young people and building connections with families. It means so much to be able to stay in Husker country and grow my family and school family in the small town we’re proud to call home. #GoCats
