🌟K-5 ELEMENTARY FAMILIES 🌟 Our Spring Program is coming up quickly! It's been such a joy preparing songs with your children to tell a story about Puffins, Penguins and a special pink nose. πŸ”³ To answer some questions I've been asked about what to wear- - anything in the color scheme of black and white will do. It could be as simple as black pants and a white shirt. I also gave the students the option to dress like penguins, since we are singing about them after all. But really, anything black or white would be great! πŸ”² I would also like our young singers to be in their seats 10 minutes before the program starts, so we know we're ready to roll at 6:30 πŸ˜€ We're so excited to show you what we've been singing about on TUESDAY, APRIL 15TH. 🎀🎡

πŸ’›World Down Syndrome DayπŸ’™ March 21st is know as World Down Syndrome Day, the significance of the 21st is to represent an extra copy of the 21st chromosome. Kindergarten got to celebrate a classmate, Mayz, who is so special to them. Mayz is always lighting up the room with her smile and sharing the best hugs. They celebrated by wearing β€œcrazy” socks that Mayz brought all of them to β€œrock their socks” in order to raise awareness for Down Syndrome. It was the best morning celebrating how special we all are!
