Last week, our 5th and 6th grade quiz bowl teams (shown in the picture) participated in a competition in Hastings. It was a valuable learning experience! Coach Jamie is incredibly proud of these students for stepping up to compete, and a special shoutout to the 6th grade team for making it into the top 10! Always learning and growing!

Elementary students had lots of fun in art on friday with HEARTS! β€οΈ They mixed paint, used puff paint, created positive and negative space, learned warm and cool colors, andcreated optical illusions! It was definitely a FULL day of fun!

π¨ Printmaking Fun in Art Class! πΌοΈ This past week, our 8th grade and high school students got to try out printmaking, a cool art process where you carve a design, ink it up, and press it onto paper to make prints! They used Lino Cutters to carve into special blocks, then experimented with print block ink in different colors to bring their designs to life. Everyone got to create whatever design they wanted, and the results were awesome! Also in the photosβyouβll see the 8th gradeβs finished Grid Drawings! Super proud of all their hard work!
