⭐️It's time for our Friday Staff Spotlight⭐️
My name is Tyler Ferebee and I am teaching science. This is my 20th year teaching, my previous 19 years were spent in Pawnee City teaching the physical sciences at the middle and high school level. I'm not unfamiliar to the area. I was born in Red Cloud and grew up in south central Nebraska. I graduated from Alma High School, then Hastings College, and received my Masters degree from Montana State University. In what freetime I have I enjoy watching sports. You can find me most Saturdays in the fall yelling at the television pleading for the Husker football team to pull out a win somehow. I enjoy gardening in the spring and summer as well as spending time in the water. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes especially with the fresh garden produce!
I have three children that live in Seward and spend a lot of time on the road going to their activities. You may have also seen me around at a volleyball or basketball game in years past as my girlfriend's kids were all graduates of Superior.
I'm excited for a change in my life and career and the people that I have already interacted with within the school and community make me feel like this was a very fortunate move. I am looking forward to my future here! #GoCats

The Beef Boosters help provide healthy and nutritious locally raised beef to the students of Superior Public Schools.
Also, thank you to the kitchen staff who cooked the beef for 18 hours to ensure its wonderful flavor.

Right now, we’re still in the early stages—testing designs, learning our new equipment, and setting up the best ordering process. We’ll update you with more information as the time comes and share updates on student projects along the way.
