New Staff spotlight: Liz Schroeder 

We’re excited to welcome Liz Schroeder to Superior Public Schools! Liz is excited to work in both the elementary and high school, where she’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with students and staff while seeing her own kids at school each day.

Liz has always had a passion for reading and has worked in elementary and high school libraries at three different schools. She is looking forward to helping students discover books that interest them while encouraging them to learn new things along the way! 

After high school, Liz accepted a volleyball scholarship to CCCC, where she attended for one year. Her family moved to Superior in the spring of 2022, and all three of her children have now had the opportunity to attend school here. Her oldest, Collins, will be in 2nd grade, Claire is in Kindergarten, and Creyton is starting preschool! 

Outside of school, Liz enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, gardening, planting flowers, working on house projects, golfing, and coaching her kids in their summer sports. 

This year, Liz will also be coaching high school volleyball, giving her another opportunity to connect with and get to know our students. She is looking forward to reading with elementary students during library time and helping them find books about topics they love!
