New Staff Spotlight: Mr. Trevor Kuhlman

We are excited to welcome Trevor Kuhlman to our school community!

Trevor brings 12 years of experience in education, having served in a variety of roles that reflect his versatility and dedication to students. His background includes teaching 6–12 Social Studies for four years and six years in Physical Education. In addition, he has stepped into leadership roles as a Principal for a semester and spent five years as an Athletic Director. This wide range of experience gives him a unique perspective on both the classroom and the overall school environment.

Trevor is especially passionate about the impact educators can have beyond academics. He values the opportunity to teach lifelong lessons and help students build habits that will shape their futures. He also appreciates the close-knit environment of a small school, where forming meaningful relationships with students and their families is a central part of the experience.

Originally from just south of Chester, Trevor attended Republic County schools before continuing his education at Kansas Wesleyan University. There, he played basketball while earning his degree in History Education.

Family plays a central role in Trevor’s life. He and his wife, Dani, have been married for five years and have an 18-month-old son, Sawyer. With much of their extended family living within an hour and a half of Superior, Trevor is excited about the opportunity to raise their son close to his relatives and cousins.

Outside of school, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family and participating in activities together. He is deeply family-oriented and values the connections that come with being part of a supportive community.

As he begins this new chapter, Trevor is eager to build strong relationships with students through both teaching and coaching. He looks forward to making a positive impact on the school and the broader community.

Please join us in welcoming Trevor Kuhlman!
